The Caisse de Garantie de l’Immobilier is a mutual guarantee cooperative society with variable capital created in 1965. At end 2008, the CGAIM group was the European leader of its market with €5.5bn worth of financial guarantees issued to 9,500 professionels.
Its service offering fully complies with the obligations of the Hoguet Act of 2nd January 1970.
